If you get headaches, you are not alone!
90% of us experience some form of a headache each year.
Headaches are the second most common reason to call out sick to work, right behind a flair up of lower back pain.
95 percent of headaches are called primary headaches. These include tension headaches, migraines, and cluster headaches. Of those listed, tension headaches are by far the most common.
And our modern lifestyles, filled with lots of time looking down at our phones and computers, are often to blame.
This forward head posture is terrible for our spines, as it puts unnecessary stress and strain on the muscles and joints in our neck. Often, this leads to misaligned vertebra, and over time, these misalignments create bad biomechanics and neurological dysfunction that will result in degeneration of our spine if left untreated.
So what’s the answer to getting rid of those headaches?

– Sleeping it off
– Toughing it out, ignoring the pain
